Munich, February 5, 2026 — McDermott Will & Schulte advised Rantum Capital together with a co-investor as lenders in the refinancing of NOBIX Group, a portfolio company of Liberta Partners. The financing also includes further buy-and-build funding for the group, which was founded in 2022.

NOBIX Group is a German Mittelstand IT managed services provider specializing in infrastructure, and security solutions, as well as applications such as DATEV, document management systems and print solutions. The group currently consists of nine companies and employs over 270 people across ten locations in southern Germany.

The McDermott team was led by partners Matthias Weissinger and Ludwig Zesch and comprised partner Florian Schiefer, counsel Franziska Sauer and Maximilian Meyer as well as associates Lorenz Schwojer, Julia Külzer and Merlyn von Hugo.
