Overview
Kian Tauser led the team from the Firm’s three German offices which advised the CEO of tutoring services company ZGS on its sale to a British investor. Other team members were Michael Cziesla (corporate/private equity), Paul Melot de Beauregard (labor), Thomas Hauss (litigation), Nina Siewert (tax) and Norman Wasse (corporate/private equity).
