Overview
Clemens Just led a team of Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Munich corporate, tax, labor and antitrust lawyers who advised owner Oliver Karrié on the sale of all shares in KBS Infra GmbH (a construction logistics supplier) to Cramo AG. The team included Norman Wasse, Markus Hill, Gudrun Germakowski, Daniel von Brevern, Patryk Wcislo and Maximilian Baur.
