Sarah Raaii spoke at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) event, “The Evolving Landscape of Health and Welfare Benefits and ERISA Fiduciary Rules 2024” on October 28, 2024. Sarah spoke on a panel titled “ESG and Impact in Employee Benefits in 2024,” learning objectives included:

• Understanding how employee benefit programs can be part of an organization’s Impact, Sustainability and ESG strategy
• Developing benefit programs that can support a diverse array of employees
• Considering communication and administration aspects that can help ensure benefits are creating the most impact in meeting an organization’s recruiting and retention goals
• Analyzing benefits considerations in the new landscape of ESG, including fertility and surrogacy benefits
