McDermott Will & Schulte advised MML Capital on the transfer of the entire share capital of LV Overseas, an international freight forwarding specialist, to its first continuation fund, MML Dorchester.

This transaction enables some of the long-standing investors, notably Bpifrance and Trail, to exit, as well as BNP Paribas Développement to reinvest, while the management team, led by Philippe Massot, Éric Abad, and Mickaël Herrero, remains significantly involved in the share capital.
