Düsseldorf, July 14, 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised the van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co KG, part of the company Sesé, on the sale of parts of the transport business to the logistics group L.I.T.
With this transaction, the L.I.T. Group, based in Brake, Germany, is strengthening its expertise in beverage logistics. The group is expanding its customer base and is also increasing its workforce by 120 employees; 85 tractor units and 110 special trailers are being added to the fleet.
Van Eupen is a medium-sized logistics company headquartered in Essen, with locations throughout Germany and a modern repair center in the Czech Republic. Van Eupen has been part of the Spanish Sesé since 2017.
L.I.T. is an owner-managed logistics company founded in 1988 with over 4,000 employees at more than 100 locations in 23 countries. The group has more than 950,000 square meters of logistics space and achieved a turnover of around 985 million euros in 2024.
