McDermott advises VR Equitypartner on Investment in Solectrix Group

Frankfurt, November 22, 2021 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised private equity firm VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of a minority stake in Solectrix Group. The sellers are the owners of Solectrix GmbH and Solectrix Systems GmbH who will remain shareholders and managers.

VREP’s portfolio currently comprises around 60 investments with a total volume of €400 million.
