McDermott Will & Schulte advised Eurazeo on the conclusion of an exclusive agreement for the sale of its stake in EX NIHILO, a French luxury perfume house, to L Catterton.

According to the terms of the agreement, Eurazeo will sell its entire stake in EX NIHILO, while the founders and management are expected to reinvest significantly alongside L Catterton.
