Overview
New Beginnings Investment (Hong Kong) Co, Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhende Medical Co., Ltd, and Multigate Medical Products UK Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Multigate Medical Products Pty Ltd, have jointly acquired the entire issued share capital of Rocialle Healthcare Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of medical devices and consumables in the UK, from Berendsen Healthcare Limited, a subsidiary of Elis SA, a French multi-service provider and a manufacturer and supplier of medical devices and consumables in the UK.
Multigate Medical Products Pty Ltd, is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets. Zhende Medical Co., Ltd is a Shanghai Exchange-listed business and market leader in the design and manufacturing of medical products, specializing in wound management, infection and prevention, pressure treatment, sports protection and rehabilitation.
This is the purchasers’ first acquisition in the United Kingdom.
