Frankfurt, 1 March 2021 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Unsere Champions GmbH on the acquisition of “Montessori Kinderhaus” kindergarten in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The seller is Bettina Wörsinger, head of Montessori Kinderhaus.
The rapidly growing Unsere Champions GmbH operates kindergartens and nursery schools in 20 cities in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The majority shareholders of Unsere Champions are French Enjoy Group and Luxembourg-based Lavorel Group.
McDermott regularly advises Unsere Champions on transactions, including the acquisition of Kleine Bärchen, Isarkids Group, Child Care Company, Zwergenwelt and MD KitaPartner.
The McDermott team was led by Norman Wasse and included Maximilian Clostermeyer as well as associates Marion von Grönheim, Victoria Huf and Elena Platte.
