Munich, October 14, 2025 – McDermott Will & Schulte advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition and financing of OSSENO Software GmbH by its portfolio company PeakAvenue.

The transaction is the fifth acquisition as part of PeakAvenue’s buy-and-build strategy supported by Main Capital Partners since 2022. PeakAvenue is thus expanding its product range in the area of requirements and traceability management.

PeakAvenue offers software solutions for engineering and quality management and, with over 30 years of industry experience, serves a customer base of more than 4,000 organizations worldwide.

OSSENO, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Kaiserslautern, specializes in requirements management solutions designed for complex software and engineering projects. The company serves over 100 customers in more than 15 countries, including reference customers such as Hörmann, Duravit, Fraunhofer, and infoteam.

Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor in the DACH region, Benelux, Nordic countries, and the United States. Main Capital manages assets of approximately €6.5 billion and maintains an active portfolio of more than 50 software groups.

McDermott regularly advises Main Capital on transactions, including financing.
