McDermott Will & Schulte advised IK Partners on the sale of its stake in Sofia Développement, a leading French provider of practice management software for independent healthcare professionals, to the Corilus group, owned by PSG Equity and Rivean Capital. The firm also advised the other partners of Sofia Développement on the sale.

The merger of Sofia Développement and Corilus will create a leading European platform serving more than 70,000 practitioners in Belgium and France.
