Overview
Dr. Heiko Kermer advises on all matters of national and international taxation, in particular on the tax aspects of corporate and real estate M&A, restructurings, tax issues of financing and financial instruments. He also focuses on advising funds, asset managers and financial investors on the interface between tax and regulatory law.
Heiko has many years of experience in providing tax advice, particularly in the asset classes of real estate, private equity and venture capital, as well as financing instruments. He also advises on all project phases, from the preparatory structuring of acquisitions and sales, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation to post-transactional integration.
He is qualified as both a lawyer and tax advisor.
