Michael Cziesla and Norman Wasse led the cross-border corporate and tax team from Germany and France that advised the ICP Group on the sale of mobile transactions servicer ICP Companies to a private equity consortium. The team included Grégoire Andrieux, Dr. Paul Melot de Beauregard, Markus Hill, Dr. Oliver Hahnelt, Dr. Wolfgang Freiherr Raitz von Frentz, Nina Siewert, Tobias Riemenschneider and Anna Steudner.
