Through the T.Capital Tech Fund, the group is investing in Quantum-Systems GmbH, a leading provider of autonomous surveillance drones. The aim of the strategic partnership is to advance innovative technologies for protecting critical infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

The McDermott Will & Schulte team, together with the in-house team at Deutsche Telekom AG, provided comprehensive advice to T.Capital Tech Fund and Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners Management GmbH on the Series C2 venture capital investment in Quantum-Systems: Dr. Philipp Grenzebach, Sebastian Bonk, Dr. Alexa Ningelgen, Dr. Claus Färber, and Dr. Thomas Gennert.
