Munich/Frankfurt, March 17, 2021 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised private equity investors Gimv and CSP as members of a consortium led by EMERAM Capital Partners on their growth investment in the digital company sofatutor.
Counting more than one million customers, sofatutor operates the largest digital learning platform in German-speaking countries for grades 1 to 12.
Gimv is a European investment company and listed at the Brussels Euronext. Gimv manages a portfolio of more than 50 investments realizing an overall turnover of more than €2.5 billion.
CSP investment S. à r.l. is a European investment manager, providing lending solutions to European small- and midsized companies. Based in Luxembourg, CSP is focusing on long term debt, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt, silent participations and minority equity.
