Overview
McDermott Will & Schulte advised FCDE, a French private equity fund that supports the development and transformation of SMEs and mid-cap companies with strong growth potential, on the signing of a put option agreement and entry into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in Groupe Allez, a French specialist in energy services.
FCDE will invest alongside the management team, led by Richard Gauthier, and the founding Allez family, represented by Olivier Allez, who will continue to support the Group in this new phase of its development.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the customary conditions, including information‑consultation procedures with the employee representative bodies of Groupe Allez and the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
