Overview
International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy (Tarrytown) and Sheridan Capital Partners (Sheridan) in connection with the sale of Tarrytown to funds managed by Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG). Sheridan will retain a minority ownership position.

The McDermott team was led by Dana Dombey, Bernie Grondin, James Parry, and Cornelia Dean with invaluable assistance from Jun Won Kim, Chelsea Rogers, Michael Nowicki, Greg Berson, Andrea Zazulia, Sarah Kitchell, Chelsea Olivera, Josh Neumann, Lara Kimmel, Dane Chapman, Tyler Barton, Grayson Dimick, Joshua Samis, John Parker, Nicole Briody, Alex Ruiz, John Zhang, Jeff Holdvogt, Jennifer Hill, Abigail Kagan, Joe Anderson, Greg Heltzer, Ty Carson, Sam Siegfried, Sarah Bro, and Zuri Bello.
