Overview
International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Declaration Partners (Declaration), a private investment firm, in its acquisition of a majority stake in CP Group, a leading designer, manufacturer, and integrator of advanced material recovery facilities and sorting technologies.
CP Group is a platform for growth, with both organic growth drivers and potential add-on acquisition opportunities for Declaration.
The cross-border McDermott team was led by Tom Conaghan and Nate Wolfe, with substantial assistance from Michael Kim, and Amber Bolden.
Anh Lee led the acquisition financing, with the assistance of Matt Celentano, Josh Stein, Sam Scaletta, Mattison Johnston, and Aileen Requejado.
Kate Vera Coverdale and Aly Francini led on executive compensation and management incentive matters.
