International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Lee Equity Partners and Solaris Health in the sale of Solaris Health to Cardinal Health’s (NYSE:CAH) multi-specialty management services organization (MSO) platform, The Specialty Alliance.
The acquisition of Solaris Health, the country’s leading urology MSO, adds over 750 providers to The Specialty Alliance and bolsters the platform’s leadership in the urology therapeutic area. At the transaction’s close, Cardinal Health MSO platforms will reach ~3,000 providers in 32 states.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2025, subject to required physician and regulatory approvals.
